1. Booking
- Customers must provide correct details while making a booking.
- Booking confirmation depends on vehicle availability.
- Customers should provide accurate pickup location, drop-off location, date, and time.
- We may contact you to confirm or clarify booking details.
2. Taxi Services
We provide taxi services in Panaji and North Goa, including:
- Airport transfers
- Local sightseeing
- Point-to-point transfers
- Outstation travel
- Group transportation
- Car rental services
3. Vehicle Availability
The vehicle shown or selected during booking may be subject to availability.
If the selected vehicle is unavailable, we may offer a similar vehicle based on availability and customer requirements.
4. Car Rental
For self-drive rentals:
- A valid driving licence and required ID proof must be provided.
- The security deposit must be paid as applicable.
- The customer is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.
- Fuel, parking, tolls, traffic fines, and other applicable charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was provided, subject to normal wear and tear.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the booking and rental package.
Please confirm the applicable cancellation policy at the time of booking.
6. Payment
- Payment must be made according to the agreed booking terms.
- Additional charges may apply for extra kilometres, extra hours, tolls, parking, permits, taxes, or other applicable services.
- Any additional charges must be settled by the customer as applicable.
7. Pickup & Waiting Time
Customers should be ready at the confirmed pickup location and time.
Additional waiting charges may apply if the vehicle is required to wait beyond the agreed period.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers must:
- Follow applicable traffic and safety rules.
- Avoid damaging the vehicle.
- Not use the vehicle for illegal activities.
- Not allow an unauthorized person to drive a rented vehicle.
- Take reasonable care of the vehicle and its belongings.
9. Driver Services
Our drivers are expected to provide safe, courteous, and professional service.
Customers must treat drivers respectfully and follow reasonable safety instructions during the journey.
10. Changes to Booking
Changes to the vehicle, date, time, route, or pickup location may be subject to availability and additional charges.
11. Limitation of Liability
Imran Taxi Service will make reasonable efforts to provide services as booked. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, government restrictions, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
