At Imran Taxi Service, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable booking experience. This policy explains our cancellation, return, and refund terms for taxi and car rental services.

1. Taxi Booking Cancellation

• Customers can request cancellation by contacting us at +91 8999169041.
• Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation time and booking type.
• Cancellations made after the vehicle has been dispatched or the trip has started may not qualify for a refund.
• Any applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

2. Car Rental Cancellation

• Self-drive rental cancellations are subject to the booking terms agreed at the time of reservation.
• If a customer cancels before the agreed pickup time, the refund will depend on the cancellation period and booking conditions.
• Once the vehicle has been collected, the rental amount may not be refundable for unused rental days unless otherwise agreed.

3. Security Deposit

For self-drive rentals, a security deposit may be collected.

The refundable deposit will be returned after the vehicle is inspected, provided there are no:

• Vehicle damages
• Traffic fines
• Missing items
• Excess fuel charges
• Other outstanding rental charges

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. No-Show

If the customer does not arrive at the agreed pickup location without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show, and the booking amount may not be refundable.

6. Service Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel a confirmed booking due to vehicle availability, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control, we will try to provide an alternative vehicle or booking option.

If no suitable alternative is available, the applicable amount paid by the customer may be refunded.
